SAINT PAUL — LIUNA Minnesota and North Dakota today announced the infrastructure union’s endorsement of U.S. Senator Amy Klobuchar, U.S. Representative Angie Craig, and a bipartisan group of nearly 100 pro-worker candidates for state and local offices. The announcement follows LIUNA’s endorsement of Kamala Harris for President and Tim Walz for Vice President.
The Biden-Harris and Walz-Flanagan Administrations, along with recent Democratic trifectas at the federal and state levels, have delivered historic progress for working people, from creating hundreds of thousands of jobs to expanding workers' freedom and economic opportunity, and long-term gains for workers.
"Our hard-won victories for working people are at stake this November, and we are not going back," said Joel Smith, President and Business Manager of LIUNA. “We are building a future where workers’ voices are heard in the halls of power. We are proud to support leaders who prioritize the needs of working families and strengthen our communities.”
