Fe reminds all tradeswomen that they are not alone as they navigate their careers. You never know who you will become in the future. Try not to constantly compare your worth to others, and remember that not everyone is the same. You know what you are capable of. Your career success is determined by your skills, abilities, and attitude, not by your gender.
