Saint Paul, MN – Today, the legislative session ended with important wins for construction workers, including thousands of infrastructure jobs, clean energy jobs, wage theft and OSHA enforcement. The Republican Senate blocked critical refinery safety legislation and a bonding bill was left undone, despite bipartisan support from Governor Walz and the Legislature.

Saint Paul, MN – Today, Minnesota's infrastructure union issued the following statement after the Minnesota Court of Appeals rejected multiple petitions to overturn the Minnesota Public Utilities Commission’s decisions to approve the Line 3 Replacement project.

Saint Paul, MN – The regular state legislative session came to an end today, with Governor Tim Walz and legislative leaders coming to an agreement on budget targets. The session concluded with critical unfinished business —  namely, an infrastructure jobs bill and the refinery safety bill.
